Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and provide a video recording of the unboxing showing the damage. Returns for any other reason will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items:

Refunds and Credits:
If the return is approved, a store credit will be issued. No cash refunds will be processed. Credit can be used on any future purchase and does not expire.

Non-Returnable Items:
Contact lenses and customized items (e.g., prescription lenses) are non-returnable once opened.
